Bonwit Teller May Liquidate: Bonwit Teller may be forced to liquidate in the near future, Crain’s New York Business reported. The newspaper said the 16-unit Bonwit chain has been unable to find a viable purchase offer. Bonwit’s is a subsidiary of bankrupt Australian real estate firm, L. J. Hooker Corp.
