The Jefferies & Co. brokerage subsidiary of Jefferies Group Inc., Los Angeles, has hired Jess Ravich and Marc Rapaport, previously of Drexel Burnham Lambert, to expand the company’s taxable fixed income and capital markets activities. Ravich will be responsible for trading, and Rapaport will concentrate on capital markets activities.
