If there is an award for the worst photography on television, KABC’s “Eye on L.A.” should win hands down. The show’s production on Waikiki was not an exception with its freeze-frame photography and distracting artwork. I did not believe it was possible to ruin the natural beauty of Hawaii but congratulations “Eye on L.A.” ... you managed to do it.
