134 Homes in Palmdale

Marlborough Development Corp. is staging a grand opening of Marlborough Mirage, a 134-unit single-family residential project in Palmdale.

The homes are sized from 1,651 to 2,747 square feet and have four to five bedrooms and three to four baths. Phase 1 features 24 homes and first move-ins are expected to occur in July. The homes are priced from $219,990 to $249,990.

Three furnished models will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1850 Bradcliff Way.

Homes in Camarillo

Tierras at Camarillo Springs, a new development of Barclay Hollander Corp., has opened in Camarillo this weekend with 28 of 73 single-family homes offered in Phase 1.

Adjacent to Camarillo Springs’ 18-hole championship golf course, Tierras has two- and three-bedroom plans with two- and 2 1/2 baths, ranging in size from 945 to 1,724 square feet.

Homes are priced from $190,000 to $255,000, with a $163.30 homeowners monthly fee, and share common amenities that include pool and spa and free RV storage. Models are open daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 6343 Via Cozumel, accessed from the Camarillo Springs exit on the Ventura (101) Freeway.
