Perahia Won’t Play: Pianist Murray Perahia, scheduled to play a recital in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion of the Music Center tonight, has the flu and has canceled his appearance, according to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Philharmonic, sponsor of the event.
