Community Psychiatric Centers: The Laguna Hills-based operator of acute psychiatric hospitals reported net earnings from continuing operations of $18.8 million for the first quarter of fiscal 1990. Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 28 rose 5%, to $84.7 million from $80.7 million.
