Hell on Earth

Gary Beals and the San Diego Hell on Earth Club, featured in the Times article “Hell, Sweet Hell,” (April 1) should incorporate some newsworthy themes.

A few examples include: “San Diego--America’s Least Affordable City,” “Be a Part of the Meth Capital of the World,” “Come to the Home of Robert Alton Harris,” “A Murder a Day Keeps the Tourists Away,” “Don’t Drink the Water, It’s Too Expensive,” “Flush your Toilet Once a Day, Mission Bay is Full” and “San Diego, Where America’s Cup Turned Sailors into Lawyers.”

I suggest that they design their logo with a castle, surrounded by a moat full of sharks, and the drawbridge up.
