Nordstrom Sued: A former Nordstrom Inc. employee filed suit against the upscale retail chain, charging that he was unlawfully dismissed after informing management that he had tested positive for the AIDS virus. In his suit filed in King County (Wash.) Superior Court, Sean Mulholland accused Nordstrom of violating a Washington anti-discrimination statute.
