Driver Finds Man Shot to Death in Street

A motorist found a 43-year-old Pacoima man shot to death in a Lake View Terrace street, Los Angeles police said Monday.
Robert Louis Davis, who had been shot many times, was found at 11:30 p.m. Sunday next to his parked car in the 11500 block of Fenton Avenue, Detective Al Ferrand said. Police have not established a motive and have no suspects.
Ferrand said a motorist driving in the area heard gunshots. The motorist, whose name was not released, then saw Davis lying in the street but did not see his attacker, Ferrand said.
