Coldwell Exits Smaller Real Estate Services: Coldwell Banker Commercial Group said it will no longer manage smaller, non-institutional properties, focusing instead on its larger institutional clients. The Los Angeles-based company, which was acquired from Sears, Roebuck & Co. in a management-led buyout last year, said it plans to dispose of non-institutional properties totaling about 20 million square feet in the next 60 to 90 days.
