TONIGHT: A day after last night’s “Newhart” finale on CBS, Anaheim-based Channel 56 airs the final 1977 episode of “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” at 9. The station got “lots of letters” when it took off a second daily “MTM” airing at 11 a.m. said promotions manager Trish Krause. “People still want it twice a day.”
