John D. Morrissey was elected president and chief executive of Hotel Investors Trust, a Woodland Hills company that invests in lodging properties. An independent real estate consultant, Morrissey already had been a member of Hotel Investors’ board of trustees, of which Graeme W. Henderson remains chairman.
Hotel Investors’ stock is paired on the New York Stock Exchange with that of Hotel Investors Corp., which manages hotels and gaming properties.
