Time Warner Partners With Quincy Jones: Time Warner Inc.’s Time Warner Enterprises unit has bought a 50% stake in Quincy Jones Entertainment and Quincy Jones Broadcasting for about $30 million. The venture formalizes a longstanding relationship between Jones and Warner Bros. The deal gives Warner a first look at any film or television projects from Jones in exchange for potentially lucrative distribution rights.
