Bridgford Foods Corp.: The Anaheim-based convenience food maker said earnings for its second quarter rose 27% to $937,179 from $736,319.
Sales for the quarter ended May 4 increased 21% to $20.8 million from $17.2 million.
Six-month earnings were $1.8 million, up 29% from $1.4 million in the year-earlier period. Sales for the six months rose 18% to $41.2 million from $34.8 million.
