HOH Water Technology Corp. said it appointed James E. Cruver president and chief executive, replacing David C. Kravitz, who resigned.
HOH, based in Newbury Park, is developing water-treatment equipment for residential and industrial uses, and Cruver has been an HOH director since 1986. Before founding his own company in 1978, Cruver was vice president and general manager of a water-treatment products division of what is now Allied-Signal Inc.
