HUNTINGTON BEACH : Police Investigating Death of Baby Girl

Police on Wednesday continued to investigate the death of a child who may have been the victim of a beating, but they made no arrests in the case.
An autopsy showed that 14-month-old Felicia Lynn Grunbaum died of massive head injuries about 3 a.m. Wednesday at Humana Hospital-Huntington Beach. Police refused to provide further details, saying that to do so might jeopardize their investigation.
“At this point . . . investigators have not ruled out anyone who has had contact with the child,” said department spokesman Lt. Ed McErlain. “And we’re still working on it.”
