Citicorp Plans Corporate Revamping: The New York-based banking firm, under pressure to cut expenses to bolster sluggish earnings, said it would announce in a few days changes in its corporate finance and investment banking businesses in North America, Japan and Europe. An official declined to provide specifics but said there would not be a large number of layoffs as there have been at other major U.S. banks.
