Thomas B. Martin has been named vice president of marketing for Toshiba America Information Systems Inc.’s computer systems division. Prior to joining Toshiba, he was vice president of the computer business unit of NEC Corp. Before that, Martin worked at McKinsey & Co., an international consulting firm in Chicago. Irvine-based Toshiba America Information Systems markets office automation products.
