Cincinnati Bengal cornerback Lewis Billups will have to serve 30 days in jail for pointing a gun at two undercover police officers, a Cincinnati judge ruled.

But because of a backlog in serving misdemeanor sentences, that probably will not happen until late January or early February, Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Ralph Winkler ruled.
