Quaker Oats Co.: The food concern said its fiscal-year earnings fell 17% to $169 million on revenue that was flat at $3.6 billion. The Chicago-based company, which is restructuring to refocus on its core food business, said the results included a $60-million charge for discontinued, non-food operations.
