Nissan Truck Wins Good Design Award

TOKYO — Nissan Motor Co. said its light truck “Gobi” won the Industrial Design Excellencegold award in the transportation/concept vehicle category from the Industrial DesignersSociety of America.
The company said the Gobi is a two-seat vehicle created by Nissan Design International, SanDiego.
There are no plans to produce the truck, but elements of it may appear in future vehicles.
