Avco Names Operating Officer

William M. Keeler
William M. Keeler has been promoted to chief operating officer of U.S. operations for Avco Insurance Services in Irvine.
He will be responsible for sales, marketing and underwriting operations for Avco’s three property and casualty insurance companies and one life insurance company, which operate under the Balboa Life & Casualty name.
Keeler had been executive vice president of Balboa and manager of the financial institutions division. He joined Avco in 1986.
