Angeles Corp. to Buy Out Partner: The West Los Angeles-based firm said it will purchase the interests of its partner, H&W; Venture Co. of Knoxville, Tenn., in four shopping malls. The agreement is expected to close in two weeks. The value of the buyout was not disclosed. Angeles said the overall value of the shopping centers, which sell merchandise directly from manufacturers, exceeds $70 million. The malls are in Barstow; Wytheville, Va.; Osage Beach, Mo., and Branson, Mo.
