* Gayle Stowe has been appointed vice president of finance for the Orange County Federal Credit Union, Santa Ana. She was formerly assistant controller at Hawkeye Bancorporation and vice president and senior operations officer for Hawkeye Bank and Trust of Des Moines, Iowa.
