Stake in TriCare: Myron H. Marshall, founder and former director of TriCare Inc., has raised his ownership stake in the Santa Ana-based occupational health-care services company to 6.2%, or 226,300 common shares. Marshall, a Tustin resident, bought 15,300 shares between Aug. 2 and Sept. 4 for $6.37 to $8.12 each, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
