New U.S. Boss at Saatchi: The revolving door among top executives at troubled Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising is still spinning. After less than two years, Jonathan T. Hirst, 41, is out as president and chief executive of the British-based company’s U.S. holdings. Martin Tucker, 67, general counsel for Saatchi in the United States, replaces him.
