Taiwanese Firm Is Sued Over Bath Products: Baldwin Hardware Co., a Pennsylvania firm that manufactures bath accessories, sued FrankSu Enterprises Co., a Taiwanese competitor, for design patent infringement and unfair competition. The federal lawsuit also names Decorator Accessories, a Pacoima, Calif., firm that sells FrankSu products and allegedly solicited Baldwin distributors as customers.
