LAVENTHOL REORGANIZES CONSULTING GROUP

PHILADELPHIA — Laventhol & Horwath said it has reorganized its management consulting group into a new subsidiary, Howarth Consulting Inc., which will focus on national accounts.
David E. Arnold was named national managing director of the consulting subsidiary.
The consulting subsidiary, which focuses primarily on the real estate and hospitality industries, plans to expand activity in Asia and Eastern Europe, Arnold said.
