* Donald E. Schrock has joined Hughes Aircraft Co. in Newport Beach as a group vice president and manager of the microelectronic circuits division. He succeeds Karl H. Reissmueller, who is retiring at the end of the year. Schrock comes to Hughes from Applied Micro-Circuits Corp., San Diego, where he was vice president of operations for the last five years.
