Three D Departments Inc.: The Costa Mesa-based specialty retailer reported net income of $296,247 on revenue of $41.6 million for the year ended July 28, compared to net income of 559,664 on revenue of $38.2 million in the previous year. In the fourth quarter, the company reported a loss of $218,273 on sales of $10.7 million, compared to a loss of $80,321 on sale of $8.7 million. The company said earnings were adversely affected by costs related to opening of new stores.
