As much as it would be a milestone for California to have its first woman governor, imagine for a minute the triumvirate of Willie Brown, David Roberti and Dianne Feinstein in power in Sacramento. Katie, bar the door! Instead of being the state with a first, we would be a state with a second; a second Massachusetts, that is. Our pocketbooks would be plucked dry.
If for no other reason than to forestall such a triumvirate, we should all vote for other than Feinstein.
