Security Pacific Realigns Retail Bank: The Los Angeles banking firm realigned into four divisions in California covering San Diego, Northern California, Greater Los Angeles and the Orange County/Inland Empire areas. As part of the realignment, Security Pacific is putting new emphasis on such high-growth markets as Sacramento, the Central Valley and the Central Coast. The move affects more than 650 branches.
