William & Clarissa Inc.: The Laguna Hills-based maker of personal care products for children said it incurred a third quarter net loss of $1.4 million, compared to a year-earlier loss of $638,100. Sales increased to $1 million from $200,100. The net loss for the first nine months of 1990 totaled $6.1 million, compared to a net loss of $1.3 million for the same period in 1989. Nine-month sales rose to $3.9 million from $317,000.
