A 13-year-old boy was accidentally shot in the leg Sunday by his older brother who was unloading a gun, San Diego police said.
Timothy Elliott’s 16-year-old brother was unloading a .22-caliber weapon at 11:30 a.m. at their house in the 3000 block of Analiese Way when the gun went off, striking Elliott in the leg, police said.
Elliott was taken to Children’s Hospital with a wound through his right thigh. He was in good condition, hospital officials said.
