National Enterprises Inc., Santa Monica, named Roy M. Chernoff and Ronald L. Cronen senior vice presidents of its Psychiatric Institutes of America subsidiary. The hospital company also appointed Paul S. Bodner vice president-business development and physician relations for the unit.
