Dale Electronics Acquires SFE’s West-Cap Assets

SFE Technologies, a San Fernando electronics company, said Dale Electronics Inc. completed the acquisition of the assets of SFE’s West-Cap Arizona unit. Dale is a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology of Malvern, Pa.
Included in the sale is West-Cap’s manufacturing facility in Nogales, Mexico. SFE still has manufacturing facilities in San Fernando and Concord, N.C.
