Equitable Real Estate Names Regional Chief for Subsidiary

Douglas W. Vitt has been appointed vice president in charge of Equitable Real Estate Investment Management’s recently formed management and leasing subsidiary for the Southern California region. He will be based in Irvine.
Vitt previously worked as building director for First Interstate Plaza in San Diego.
He also was asset manager in San Diego for the Koll Co.
