American Express to Launch New Card: American Express said it will announce the launch of a new credit card today that is geared toward the business traveler. The company is keeping details about the card a secret, but industry insiders maintain it will provide an array of specialized services--such as temporary secretaries--to top-level employees and business owners who are on out-of-town assignments.
