WHAT ELECTION? Funny thing about the county registrar of voters’ sample ballot sent to two dozen Anaheim homes: It left out an election. City voters go to the polls March 5 for city elections and again two weeks later in a special ballot for a vacant state Senate seat. . . . But the registrar’s office printed about 200 sample ballots without mentioning the first date. . . . Corrected ballots will be sent to voters requesting them.
