Abortion Opponents Picket In Front of Doctor’s Home

More than 70 anti-abortion demonstrators marched Sunday in front of the Canyon Country home of a physician who operates two medical clinics in Los Angeles.
The protesters, who are affiliated with Operation Rescue, a prominent anti-abortion group, carried signs and color photographs of aborted fetuses that were visible to passers-by along the 27000 block of Sand Canyon Road, about one mile south of the Antelope Valley Freeway.
“The idea is to let his neighbors know what he does for a living,” said Laura Sharp of Van Nuys, a spokeswoman for the group.
The physician, Leo F. Kenneally, could not be reached for comment.
