Young Concerts Reset: Neil Young’s three Southern California concerts next week with Crazy Horse have been postponed because the veteran rocker is suffering from an ear infection, a spokesman for Young said Tuesday. The concerts--originally scheduled for Monday at the San Diego Sports Arena and Tuesday and next Wednesday at the Los Angeles Sports Arena--will be held April 23 at the San Diego Sports Arena and April 26-27 at the Los Angeles Sports Arena. Tickets for next week’s shows will be honored for the corresponding new dates.
