Lockheed Boosts Dividend: Lockheed Corp. said it will boost its quarterly dividend to 50 cents a share from 45 and may consider a share repurchase program. The news came at Lockheed’s annual shareholders meeting in Santa Clara, Calif. Chairman Daniel Tellep said a share repurchase program may be considered because of the company’s strong cash flow position.
