Unocal to Sell 3 Units: Unocal Corp., seeking to streamline and generate cash, has retained Morgan Stanley & Co. to help it sell three non-petroleum operations. It plans to sell its chemicals distribution and emulsion polymers divisions and Molycorp Inc., a minerals mining and processing subsidiary. There was no indication of what prices would be asked. The company hopes to complete the sales by year-end.
