Since when is the City Council so concerned about the city being sued by Gates? Every day the city is being sued by civilians because of police misconduct. They have approved settlements in the millions. And council members just pay out taxpayers’ money and keep their mouths shut. I have yet to read where they question the chief of police as to why the cops are out of control.
