Envoy to Algeria Selected

WASHINGTON — President Bush said Wednesday that he will nominate Mary Ann Casey, a career Foreign Service officer, as ambassador to Algeria. Casey, 41, of Falls Church, Va., would succeed Christopher W. S. Ross.
