Amgen Inc.: The biotechnology company said it earned $34.3 million in fiscal 1990, up 80% from fiscal 1989. Revenue doubled to $381.2 million. The Thousand Oaks firm credited record sales of its anti-anemia drug, Epogen, and the successful launch of Neupogen, a therapeutic cancer drug.
