Michael Bozic, previously president and chief operating officer of Sears, Roebuck & Co.’s merchandise group, has been named president, chief executive and a director of Hills Department Stores, Canton, Mass. Bozic, 50, succeeds John C. Brouillard, who resigned as president after Hills filed for bankruptcy court protection. Thomas H. Lee, who remains chairman, had been acting chief executive.
