Carlos Barba has been appointed president and chief executive of Venevision International. Barba, most recently Telemundo’s senior vice president of programming and promotion, will head the Miami-based international distribution arm of Venevision. In addition, he will serve as a vice president of the parent company, Organizacion Diego Cisneros.
