Two More Things: Peter Falk will be wearing that rumpled raincoat for at least two more years on “Columbo.” In a rare two-season pickup, eight two-hour “Columbo” movies have been ordered for the 1991-92 and 1992-93 television seasons. Falk first played the sleuth in a 1968 TV movie, and “Columbo” debuted as a series in 1971. Asked how the Columbo character has changed in the last 20 years, Falk replies, “I guess the main difference is that it’s harder for him to bum a match these days.”
