MORE VISITORS: Brace yourself for even more crowded beaches this summer. The new issue of Better Homes and Gardens lists “family beach vacations” and the only California spots chosen are in the county. It rates Huntington Beach “big and busy,” and Laguna “cozy and low-key.” . . . Dana Point “conveys an island feeling,” while Newport “has been a holiday hub since ladies bathed in bloomers.”
